By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to our Terms of Sale. This is a legally binding contract between TYPOGRAP (also referred to as “WE” or “OUR”) and you, the buyer (“YOU”), for all items you purchase on the Platform.

1. Purchase and Payment

Gift Cards: All gift cards sold are digital and will be delivered to you through your chosen communication channel after your payment is successfully verified.

Payment: The amount you send must match the “FINAL PRICE” shown on the checkout page. If it doesn’t, we can refund your payment, but we will deduct a “SERVICE FEE” and any other costs that come from the refund process (like gas fees). These fees are your responsibility.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Crypto.

PayPal: PayPal payments are processed through a secure system. Make sure your PayPal account is valid and has enough funds. You are responsible for any transaction fees that PayPal may charge.

Crypto: We accept certain cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.). The crypto wallet address will be provided at checkout. You are responsible for making sure the transfer goes to the correct address and for the accurate amount. You are also responsible for all network fees (gas fees).

2. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud, all payments must go through a verification process.

PayPal Payments: Payments are verified automatically by PayPal’s system. We will only send the gift card after the payment is marked as “Paid” or “Completed.”

Crypto Payments: Because crypto transactions can’t be reversed, they require enough network confirmations to be verified. Your gift card will be sent after your transaction receives the number of confirmations our system requires (e.g., 3-6 network confirmations). This process can take a few minutes to an hour, depending on network traffic.

3. Gift Card Delivery

Your gift card will be sent to your chosen communication channel within a maximum of 24 hours after your payment is successfully verified.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after they have been sent.

5. Responsibility

Gift Card Use: We are not responsible for how a gift card is used by anyone else after it’s been sent to you. It’s your full responsibility to keep your gift card code safe and secret.

Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical problems, delays, or failures caused by third parties, including PayPal’s system, crypto networks, or email providers.
